Snow & Sim Compete at PABCON and World Senior Championships
The local association would like to congratulate both Mike Snow and Todd Sim for the success they achieved while bowling in the past PABCON and World Senior Championships.
Mike Snow, a member of our local association, bowled in the 4th Pan American Bowling Confederation Senior Championships (PABCON) which took place from Sept. 27 to Oct. 4 at Bolera Departamental bowling centre, in Cali, Colombia. Mike was one of 73 seniors, age 50 years and older, bowling for medals in Singles, Doubles, Trios, Team, All-Events and Masters.
Mike finished 1st with his partner in doubles (2552), 3rd in Trios (3636), 3rd in All Events (5007), 18th in Singles (1177), and 1st in Team Event (4767). If anyone would like to review results, please refer to the following web sites:

Todd Sim, another member of our local association, bowled in the 2nd World Seniors Championships 2015 which took place from Aug. 23 to Aug.30 at 56-lane Sam’ Town bowling center located in Sam’s Town Hotel & Gambling Hall in Las Vegas, Nevada. There were 208 bowlers, 118 men and 90 women, from 33 countries, competing for gold, silver and bronze medals in Singles, Doubles, Teams, All-Events and Masters in the six-day competition. To be eligible for the second edition of the championships, players must be born December 31st, 1965 or before. Todd finished 2nd in Singles, 3rd in Team event, 3rd in Masters, 14th in All-Events, and 25th in doubles. Each event composed of a qualifying round and then a step-ladder final.
